Knowing when to move up a grade and how to do it well is a key moment in your career.

It can be exciting to be asked to step up but if you're not ready it can cause genuine issues for the production, reflect badly on you and impact on your mental health.

Our guests are Production Designer Patrick Rolfe (Malice, One Day, The Swimmers) and Set Decorator Claire Richards (House of the Dragon season 1-3, Belfast) who will be discussing their own experiences of moving up through various grades in the Art Department.

We will look at how and when to move up, how to do it well, and the impact of stepping up too soon.
