Kelsey is a media lawyer who specialises in intellectual property and recognised internationally as an industry-leading legal expert in generative AI, digital replicas, and publicity law. The perfect guest to help us understand how AI can be used legally in the Art Department.

We will be discussing:

·       how to navigate the fast moving world of generative AI

·       using AI tools in day to day film production work

·       licensing and unauthorised scraping for AI

·       the risks, rights and responsibilities that come with using AI

This introduction will hopefully answer some questions and put some fears aside.
