We will be talking to Production Designer and Set Decorator Alison Harvey about her successful career, working as a Set Decorator with credits including The Magic Faraway Tree, The Crown and Tetris. We will also be looking at her recent move up to Production Designing, working with Kate Winslet on her directorial debut Goodbye June.

It is a great opportunity to understand Alison’s visual processes from research and referencing to builds and dresses, hearing about the challenges she has faced on recent features and the solutions she identified to meet them.

We will also be talking to her about how she leads and manages her teams, what she looks for in different roles and where she thinks the Art Department is heading in an ever changing industry.
