The Talking Point Mentoring Network offers participants a range of workshops and support to help with their career progression in the art department teams, whether they are just starting out in the industry or looking to move forward.
We have 4 weekly workshops which help participants understand how to navigate the industry and succeed, one to one mentoring, CVs and portfolio checks, conversations with established departmental mentors and lots of support and networking opportunities.
Being a freelancer can be lonely and intimidating - it’s not often clear how to find the information you need or understand what’s expected.
This programme helps with that. It’s a safe place to do the learning and meet lots of people who can support. We have worked with over 200 mentees, 75% of whom are now established in their chosen department. It could be you next!

“The film industry is not a straightforward industry, and it is not very clear how to do things right. The Mentoring Network has given me the foundation to understand better, strengthen my skills and spot my weaknesses. It’s been a huge help.”
