FILM FLORISTRY

Amanda Willgrave (Cruella, Death on the Nile, Wonder Woman 1984) joined us to discuss the role of the Film Florist on feature films and HETV dramas. Using examples of her work, including the much anticipated Cruella, Amanda discussed how she approaches the role on each job, the difference between floristry and film floristry, how she works with different Production Designers, Set Decorators and Prop Masters, how she puts her team together and the skills she looks for, how she breaks down a script and researches and working with flowers on low budget productions.
